Disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was informed by the staff that I had not booked the afternoon tea set, despite having made a reservation in advance online. This initial confusion was already disconcerting, as I had been looking forward to experiencing your highly anticipated tea set offering. After some further discussion, the staff then informed me that they had attempted to reach me by phone but were unsuccessful. While I understand the importance of confirming reservations, it is disheartening to learn that this miscommunication resulted in me being denied the opportunity to enjoy the complete tea set experience. What was even more disappointing was the response I received from the manager. Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, the manager dismissively stated that I would not be able to receive the present that comes with the crossover tea set. Furthermore, the suggestion to book at one of your other branches if I was dissatisfied with the options presented was both unprofessional and unsatisfactory. As a customer, I believe that clear communication, attentiveness, and flexibility are vital components of exceptional service. It is unfortunate that my experience today did not reflect these qualities. I had been eagerly looking forward to indulging in your special afternoon tea set, and the way this situation was handled left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
